Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date.

Our staff will respond as soon as possible to all return requests.

How to create a return request:

Customers who checked out with an account.

  1. Go to your account order history or click here.
  2. Find the order you want to return an item from and open it.
  3. Click the red Return Items button, this will bring you to the return request form.
  4. Click the checkmark next to each product you want to return and select the quantity to return.
  5. Fill out the reason why you're returning the items and click Submit Request
  6. To view your returns and their statuses go to the Returns section in your profile or click here.

Customers who checked out as a guest.

  1. Send an email to with the order number, items to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. A return request will be created by the staff and you will recieve an email with a link to it.

If the return is approved the return details page will give you access to a return slip that you must print off and put in the box that's going to be shipped back.
