Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date.
Our staff will respond as soon as possible to all return requests.
How to create a return request:
Customers who checked out with an account.
- Go to your account order history or click here.
- Find the order you want to return an item from and open it.
- Click the red Return Items button, this will bring you to the return request form.
- Click the checkmark next to each product you want to return and select the quantity to return.
- Fill out the reason why you're returning the items and click Submit Request
- To view your returns and their statuses go to the Returns section in your profile or click here.
Customers who checked out as a guest.
- Send an email to with the order number, items to return, and the reason for the return.
- A return request will be created by the staff and you will recieve an email with a link to it.
If the return is approved the return details page will give you access to a return slip that you must print off and put in the box that's going to be shipped back.
